| Instrument Tuning
- We provide tuning for any true Steel Drum Instrument |
| If your instrument
needs tuning we can help. Our rate for this service is $100
plus inbound and outbound shipping at about $35 each way in the
U.S. This fee covers the first hour of
labor required and generally will be your only shop charge for
tuning. Our shop rate is $65 per hour if more time is
required. Usually, more time is required if you have been
attempting to tune the instrument yourself. Please
don't do this!! Call for more information |
| Instrument Repair |
| If your instrument has been
damaged in some way, we can evaluate it and give you a quote for
repair and tuning within a few days of receiving it in our shop...
An example is that one of our musicians (name to remain anon.)
dropped a microphone on the pans low C note. It took an hour
to rebuild the note and then we re-tuned the whole pan. Bill
for this... $165 plus shipping. |
