interested in private lessons we can help too. We maintain a staff
of qualified and professional instructors who work with all ages.

instructor. All of our instructors adhere to standards of
professionalism and work with a balanced curriculum to help you
gain the optimal steel pan experience and learn quickly and in a
fun environment.
Have you ever
wanted to play music but didn't want the hassle of boring and
challenges of music lessons? Have you ever thought about joining a
drum circle? We have the solution. A community band of Steel
Drums! The Steel Pan is the instrument of the Caribbean.
We are forming classes and community bands in the Southern
California (Long Beach) area during the Spring of 2007. You don't
need to know music. All you need is the desire to have fun and
enjoy the wonders of music and playing in groups.
Here's how it works:
- Classes are held in Signal Hill, CA (Long Beach) at our
showroom during the evenings.
- We will provide all you need including use of steel drums,
mallets, instruction materials and more.
- You don't need to know music. We teach you all you need to
have fun creating and experiencing music.
- By the end of a few classes, you'll be playing songs and
participating with a group of others having an incredible time.
- Each class will be about 2 hours and led by a percussion
instructor who will be your mentor as you learn and growth with
the steel pan.
This is a great opportunity to come with a friend. Parents -
this is a great experience for you and your child. Learn together
as partners! But, you don't need a partner!
